More Classes!
I’ve been happily preparing for and teaching classes around the city. The adult classes (bonus- they’re at a brewery!) have been great, and I am especially pleased with the last class, which involved folks created a little felted succulent in a pot (like the one on the home page). One of the participants mistook my upside-down example as a mushroom, and then very excitedly suggested a mushroom-making class. So, through The Arts Alliance, that’ll be a thing! Dates are TBD as of now, but I’ll post some cute pictures of my example ‘shrooms as I poke them into place.
For little folks, I have some things in the works as well:
• I’m teaching a class at Lily Pad Play on Tuesday mornings, which is a great new space for kids to learn and play!
• Wednesdays in the Woods, through the Clifton Cultural Arts Center, is a free concert series in Burnet Woods through the summer. I’ll be hanging with the kiddos and creating some fun art projects each week!
More to come, I am sure and I certainly hope!
